Jin Suo Shi (Golden Key) is one of the prized Wuyi Rock Tea cultivars, also known as one of the “Twelve Golden Oolongs” (十二金钗) of Wuyishan. It is made from one bud and three tender leaves, carefully handpicked and traditionally crafted. Since 1996, Cha Zhi Ji has preserved this rare varietal through small-batch, custom production.

This tea is known for its distinctive floral and milky aroma locked within the tea liquor rather than merely on the leaves. The fragrance emerges as the liquor coats the mouth, revealing rich, full-bodied layers. The taste starts with a light bitterness on the upper palate, then transitions quickly into sweetness and honeyed aftertaste.
