Teabag Subscription

How does the teabag subscription work?

Choose any Golden Series whole leaf pyramid teabag box (10 bags each) and pick a delivery schedule: weekly (20% off), bi-weekly (15% off), or monthly (10% off). First month is free—pay shipping only.

Can I subscribe to multiple tea types at once?

Yes. Select a subscription plan for each tea type on the product page, then add the boxes to your cart. Your subscription will reflect your custom mix.

Can I cancel or modify my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. Pause, cancel, or adjust from your account dashboard any time before the next billing cycle.

Products & Storage

What makes your Liu Bao teas rare?

Our Liu Bao collection features aged vintages from the 1980s–2000s, stored under ideal conditions and released in limited quantities.

Are your teabags made with nylon?

No. We use biodegradable corn-fibre pyramid bags—food-safe, heat-resistant and eco-friendly.

How should I store my tea?

Keep tea cool, dry and away from light, moisture and strong odours. Pu-erh and Liu Bao will continue to evolve with proper aging.

How do I care for Yixing purple clay teapots and kettles?

How do I enter the 2025 Lucky Draw?

Leave a review on any product purchased between 1 Jan – 30 Dec 2025. Each review = 1 entry. No minimum spend. One review per product.

Where do I submit a review?

Go to your account, locate your order, then visit the product page and scroll to the Customer Reviews section. It only takes a minute!

When will winners be announced?

Draw takes place 31 Dec 2025, 10 PM MYT. Winners announced via email, Instagram and Facebook in January 2026.

Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship to?

We ship across Malaysia and to selected international destinations. Availability and rates are shown at checkout.

How much is shipping for subscriptions?

Rates are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free-shipping promotions.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on destination; international orders may face customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my tea?

Tea is non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Teaware may be returned/exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. See full policy: Refund & Return Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
