Fu Brick Tea with Golden Flowers
Cha Zhi Ji × Hui He Tang | Anhua, Hunan
Fu Brick Tea, known as Fu Cha, is a signature style of Anhua Dark Tea, traditionally processed during the hottest days of summer. This batch is a collaboration between Cha Zhi Ji and Hui He Tang (founded in the Qing Dynasty), using age-old stone-pressed techniques.
The tea naturally cultivates Golden Flowers (Eurotium cristatum) — a rare probiotic bloom that lends an earthy aroma and rich character to the brew.
Aroma & Taste
Abundant golden blooms infuse the liquor with a light mushroom-like aroma, silky mouthfeel, and lingering sweetness. Smooth, rich, and easy on the stomach.
Traditional Craftsmanship
- Fermentation: Naturally controlled humidity and heat to promote Golden Flower development
- Compression: Hand-pressed bricks using traditional techniques
- Aging: Ventilated storage for enhanced aroma and rounded taste
Brick Appearance
Dark brown, tightly compressed bricks with a visible bloom of golden granules. Each brick reflects the integrity of traditional Anhua Hei Cha processing.
🌿 Recommended For:
Collectors and daily drinkers who value digestive comfort, deep aroma, and post-fermented wellness in a tea with cultural depth.
