Bu Lang Zhengshan Raw Pu-erh (2008) – Bold, Bitter-Sweet, Deeply Aged
Crafted by Cha Yu Hao and overseen by Mr. Qiu Shunchang, this 2008 vintage Bu Lang Zhengshan Pu-erh originates from the core Bulang ethnic village in Menghai, Xishuangbanna, near the China-Myanmar border. “Zhengshan” signifies authentic origin from the central Bulang tea-growing zone.
Key Features:
- Authentic Bulang Core-Origin: Made from arbor large-leaf tea trees grown in rich, high-altitude forests, yielding bold and bitter profiles with strong transformation potential.
- 13 Years Naturally Aged: Aged into a smooth, full-bodied tea with deep cha qi and lingering aftertaste. The wild mountain character remains vivid yet refined.
- Signature Flavor: Slight bitterness on the tongue, pronounced upper-palate flavor, fast huigan, and active salivation. Rich, heavy aroma with robust texture.
- Strong Mountain Energy: Bulang tea is known for its intense tea energy, complexity, and thick material content, including abundant polyphenols, catechins, and caffeine.
Best brewed with 6–8g per session using boiling water. Suitable for seasoned drinkers who enjoy bold, aged raw Pu-erh with strength and depth.
